Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions to BrainyGaming — a product operated by Neurazon USA — are cancelled and how payments are handled. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
In short: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — no phone calls, no forms. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Paid amounts are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, directly and without penalty:
- Sign in to your BrainyGaming account.
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription / Billing.
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have full access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are unable to access your account, contact us at brainygaming@neurazon.com and we will assist you.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. When your subscription renews, your payment method is charged the then-current fee. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your current period ends.
3. Refund Policy
All payments made to BrainyGaming are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- partially used subscription periods;
- unused time remaining after a cancellation;
- periods during which you did not use the Service;
- renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.
Because cancellation is available at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid period, you remain in control of whether you are charged for a future cycle.
4. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such laws grant you a right to a refund or withdrawal, that right applies notwithstanding the above. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a completed cancellation — please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Where we confirm a genuine billing error, we will correct it and refund the amount incorrectly charged.
6. Free Trials & Promotions
Where we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, you may cancel before the trial or promotional period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the standard rate and the terms of this policy will apply.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription fees from time to time. Any change applies to future billing cycles only, and we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before the change applies.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are handled securely by our third-party payment processors (including Stripe and the Visa and Mastercard networks). We do not store full card details. Any refund permitted under this policy or by law will be issued to the original payment method.
